Mary BETTS (15) (NOTE: Corinne Hoffpauir states that a correspondent of hers has Mary Betts and Sarah Betts as daughers of Andrew and Catherine (Sherbondy) Betts/Betz. Per the Crawford County history, he married "Miss Shibondi" in the "dawn of the century" and we conclude that this is his second marriage, and that there is no evidence of children from this marriage)71 was born in 1785.334,310,71 She was born between 1794 and 1795 in PA (age 65 in 1860 census).326 Her married name was Sherbonda (15).111 She was also known as Bates (15).111 As of 23 Sep 1850, she was also known as Mary Shebondy (15).310 She lived on 26 Sep 1850 in Dwelling 2088 with John Shebondy b. 1800, W.
