22. Jacob Sherbondy Will 1842, unknown number: The death date on the cemetery marker is uncertain. Jane's husband Jacob died in 1842. Documents were filed with the court by Thomas Sherbondy and Peter Shipler on behalf of the estate of Jacob and Jane Sherbondy on 7 Feb 1860 and 15 March 1860. However, Jane was on the census 11 July 1860 with the McElhenry family. Maybe this was when she moved off of her estate. More court filings were made 20 Aug 1860 and 8 Sep 1860. Perhaps this was after her death. In addition, Thomas died in 1864 and thus couldn't have been executor in 1868.
