The Sherbondy Family Association relies on volunteers to collect

information on Sherbondy descendants.  We need help from Sherbondy descendants with a variety of experience to help prepare our information for publication.  Here are just a few ways that you can help!

Clan Assistant

 

Equipment / Experience Required

· No Computer required

· No Internet access required

· No genealogical experience required

· You provide your own stamps, stationery & supplies

 

Duties

· Write to your relatives for updates (handwritten ok)

· Send the updated information to the SFA

· You will be provided with reports, forms, instructions, information and privacy policies

Other Volunteers Needed

 

· Data Entry assistants

· Research Coordinators

 

· Requires genealogical experience

· Some requires special software programs

· Webmaster (genealogy experience not required)

· Newsletter editors and assistants (computer required)

Clan Director

 

Equipment / Experience Required

· Computer required

· Internet access required

· Genealogical experience not required, but preferred

· You provide your own stamps, stationery & supplies

 

Duties

· Search for lost Clan Relatives via the internet

· Write to your relatives for updates (computer forms available)

· Send the updated information to the SFA

· You will be provided with instructions, reports,

forms, information and privacy policies

· Can include Vital Record & Other Genealogical Research
